Our Role:

  1. We craft a unique market position for your brand using our proprietary “behind the veil” story development process with you. This is the foundation for all potential touch points for new patients; your website, google profile, social media and within the physical patient journey too.
  2. We design, implement and manage bespoke advertisements in line with your messaging. These are focused on booking consultations for your highest revenue generating but will compound general audience awareness too.
  3. Our New-Patient Coordinator team builds relationships with your enquiries through email, messenger and phone conversations, responding promptly and following up respectfully for the next 6-12 months. Once a patient is confident that you are the best choice for them, our team secures a deposit and schedules their appointment on your behalf.
  4. Our coaches work closely with you and your team, assessing reports, planning for upcoming quarters, and providing business, sales and systems training.

Your Role:

  1. Complete your onboarding to connect accounts and gather media assets. You will then be walked through our “behind the veil” story development process which will allow us together to pinpoint your story.
  2. Guide your team to understand that a new partner will be joining to support the booking of more new patients. If they share the vision, they can then focus solely on delivering effective consultations and treatments with a great patient flow.
  3. Meet with Grow Patiently each quarter (or more frequently, if required) to review reports, receive coaching and strategise together for the coming quarters.

Case study | Warren Davies Dental Care exceeds £1 million for the first time | UK

Within 18 months of partnering with Grow Patiently, Warren Davies Dental Care managed to exceed the £1m revenue rate for the first time in its 33 years. This was, in part, thanks to having over 200 implant consultations scheduled for them by the Grow Patiently team.

Having purchased an established rural practice with a loyal patient base, the new principal wanted to weave their own story through the business, improve online visibility and ensure a competitive edge moving forward. The goal was to become the practice of choice for dental implants in the local area and the challenge was to do so without overstretching the small team. In response, Grow Patiently embedded personable virtual TCOs to build relationships with the enquiring patients and schedule them into the diary with deposits to take the load away from an already-busy team and to ensure that FTAs were kept to a minimum. Case study | Andover Dental Practice has a £98,350 Invisalign Open Day | UK

Within 3 months of partnering with Grow Patiently, this practice generated £98,350 in new Invisalign revenue during their Open Day in Summer 2024 having invested just £3640 in advertising budget (27x Return on Advertising Spend).

The principal wanted to increase the implant and orthodontic cases across the practice’s two sites to help fill the calendar of underutilised associates. However, the story needed refinement considering the recent increase of competition in the area making distinct choices less obvious to prospective patients. Case study | Undisclosed Dental Practice* reaches EBITDA revenue targets within 6 months | UK

After 6 months of partnering with Grow Patiently, this UK dental practice reached the revenue target they needed to facilitate their desired EBITDA in preparation for the exit of the owners.

Feeling that an exit was the next logical step for this principal, the challenge was to tighten the practice’s acquisition systems and strengthen its EBITDA to maximise the upcoming sale. In preparation, a process of story refinement with clearer positioning led to an extensive web development process. This allowed for an all encompassing digital advertising strategy to be put in place incorporating Meta & Google to broaden the external audience accompanied by an email marketing system to enrich the offering to existing patients internally. With the development of a system using virtual TCOs, this practice was soon able to exceed the targets that had been set for the desired EBITDA.

The Grow Patiently Story

I’m Hugo, the founder of Grow Patiently. After nearly a decade in History education & leadership, I launched Grow Patiently after struggling to find a healthcare provider I could truly connect with during an emotionally charged search for my family.

I felt like they all looked the same – granted, they had slightly different logos, colours, and websites but beyond that they were the same to me. In hindsight, it was like they were using A.I templates like people do today. All I could really gather was that they had all invested in a website and that they were all the most experienced, the most caring – the “best”.

Once I met the chosen provider however, who quite by chance we settled on booking an appointment with, I realised that they had so much more to offer. They had a unique story that was simply not being seen outside of their walls. I thought: there must be so many patients who completely miss out on this team as a result of their marketing.

Grow Patiently was born to change this. 

I knew from my time teaching History that almost no one remembers the intricate facts and figures of historical events… but they do remember the characters and stories. Everyone knows Winston Churchill, the hat, and the cigars… but very few know about what qualifications he had, for example.

I had a vision – to transform healthcare providers into the go-to option by unveiling their unique story and, in doing so, help local people find the best provider for them. 

The issue was that I had no clients to help! I at least needed that first to get started and I knew it wasn’t going to be easy. All I had was my own story. So I got to sharing. 

Fast forward to today, I am incredibly grateful to have been joined on my mission by a selection of highly qualified, highly skilled and incredible individuals who share the same commitment, drive and motivation as me. We now have decades of experience in the healthcare industry within the team and have helped healthcare clients across four continents.
