Within 3 months of partnering with Grow Patiently, this practice generated £98,350 in new Invisalign revenue during their Open Day in Summer 2024 having invested just £3640 in advertising budget (27x Return on Advertising Spend).

The principal wanted to increase the implant and orthodontic cases across the practice’s two sites to help fill the calendar of underutilised associates. After 6 months of partnering with Grow Patiently, this UK dental practice reached the revenue target they needed to facilitate their desired EBITDA in preparation for the exit of the owners.

Feeling that an exit was the next logical step for this principal, the challenge was to tighten the practice’s acquisition systems and strengthen its EBITDA to maximise the upcoming sale. In preparation, a process of significant brand tightening and clearer positioning led to a web development refinement process. This allowed for an all encompassing digital advertising strategy to be put in place incorporating Meta & Google to broaden the external audience accompanied by an email marketing system to enrich the offering to existing patients internally. I’m Hugo, the founder of Grow Patiently. After nearly a decade in history and education leadership, I launched Grow Patiently following my own experience searching for a private dentist.

It felt to me that most dental practices fell into a few categories: some had inconsistent branding, others had slow or cumbersome patient processes, and many seemed to use virtually the same marketing materials simply with different colours. All of these issues were off-putting to me as a prospective patient. However, after speaking with a number of principals, it became clear that dentists wanted their practice marketing to match their clinical and patient-care excellence; however they said they hadn’t the time to do it themselves and those who offered external marketing options were very rarely willing to take the time to genuinely understand them and create bespoke solutions to communicate their brand.

As the rise of A.I. has birthed new agencies who are seemingly even more willing to search for “cookie-cutter” hit or miss options, Grow Patiently are doing something different. We have two key focuses. The first is consistent audience & brand-building over time as opposed to solely flash sales. And the second is to do everything with honesty & integrity; be that in our own work or the way we expect our clients to market themselves.
